Our recent visit to Nando’s Norwich was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, vibrant, and had a great energy. We ordered a Veggie Burger meal and a Chicken Sandwich meal, both of which were fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. The Veggie Burger had a great texture and was packed with taste, while the Chicken Sandwich was juicy and perfectly seasoned. We also had a 1/4 Chicken with fries — the chicken was tender, well-marinated, and full of the signature Nando’s flavour we love, and the fries were crisp and delicious. The food was served promptly, and everything was presented nicely. Portion sizes were generous and good value for the price. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would highly recommend Nando’s Norwich to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying meal in a welcoming setting. We will definitely be returning!

Had to get my refillable glass myself (which can be usual for Nandos) as they forgot. Food was nice. The 1/4 chicken leg recieved was never worth the 5.50 charge but hey it is what it is. Nice place and be back again

Located in the heart of the city centre, I have been to this Nando’s many of times and they have always kept the same consistency of great service and delicious food! The staff have always been friendly and attentive! We always have the same thing full chicken with two large sides cooked medium with extra extra hot sauce! The restaurant is always clean and tidy! Will continue to return

After shopping around in Norwich for hours we decided to stop by Nando’s for late lunch. After we were seated the food arrived in about 10mins which was super fast! And as usual Nando’s is a 10/10, will definitely be coming back again and again.All the staff there were so attentive so that was a bonus.Just keep in mind that if you want blue light card discount, then make sure to bring in the physical card itself as they do not accept digital card from the blue light app itself.

Stopped by Nando's after a long afternoon walking around the Norwich Lanes. The staff are very friendly and immediatly made us feel comfertable and explained how to place an order. The service was fast and the place is kept clean. The toilets are clean too. The food we ordered was very tasty and we enjoyed eating it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good too. Overall a good experience.
